My feet

Bene having a little trouble recently with my feet. I have flat feet you see and that means I tend to have a lot of pain and tension in my arches all the time...... I have lost count of the number of times that I have had plantar fasciitis but all of this doesnt stop me from running though as I buy some insoles which have really helped me and been wearing them for years.. Also what I like to do is keep changing my shoes as apprently that getting used to shoes is bad as you want to not become reliant on one type of support and want to keep on changing things up if that makes sense?

I got to say it is really hard keeping motivated when you are as lazy as I am.... I just want to sleep all day not exercise in the morning and at night time. But I guess being lazy is not a excuse I just have to be lazy for erm when I am not exercising.. Actually I think it actually gives me a better excuse for being more lazy after a hard days exercise I can just tell people that I need more sleep because of this.

I gotta say I have been eating more and more fruit recently and have stopped eating biscuits all together... and i KIND OF LIKE FRUIT BUT WHEN IT COME TO VEGETABLE ERR SO BLAND AND SO YUCKY. (Wups sorry had capitols on there and cannot be bothered to delete and re write that bit). Why are vegtables so tastless? yet someone once told me they are much better for you then fresh sweet tasty fruit because fruit can have lots of suger in them... ahh now I am a bit confused!!! So does that mean I have to be a rabbit and just eat bland vegetables forever? What do you think are veagtbale more healthy than fruit? Surely it just bad suger found in junk food that is the problem and you can eat as many fruit as you want... or have I got this wrong?

Let me first say sorry (I am not even going to attempt to spell apologise) for my bad spelling and grammar. Spelling I blame webs as it does do spell chek and highlight what I have mispelt and I just dont have the time to read through everything I write! And poor grammar well who has good grammar lol!

Bad knee no problem!

I got a bad knee but thanks to my physio friends who is just as determined as me it would seem to get me healthy has suggested that I start wearing knee supports to stop the pain and to better ciruclate blood around the knee.. I have just orded my first pair and am waiting for it to be delivered as we speak. I am rather excited because if these knee supports actually work it will be really something and will be the first time in a long time that I will be able to exercise without pain in my leg! The knee suppoort didnt cost me too much and my friend all says that they dont really need to as there are lots out there that will do a great job at supporting your knee. What I plan on doing once I get it is to go out jogging.. I dont know where as I have never been jogging to be honest so I will probabaly get lost.. or will get half way down the street and then get out of breathe.. we will have to see.

The start of the journey for me getting healthyier starts here... I have advise on hand when I need it from my friend who is a physio and I have detemerniation in  the bucket loads! Well I hope you guys wish me luck because the rest of my life really does start here!
